Itinerary

Introduction

Explore the ancient Egypt’s most important sites on a 10-day tour from Cairo to Aswan and Luxor with a Nile cruise and 4/5-star accommodations. Slip into the historic tombs and temples of the Nile valley as you see the sights by plane, boat and horse-drawn carriage. Walk the necropolis at Saqqara and the Giza Plateau, see Cairo’s religious landmarks, and visit the remains of the Kingdom of Upper Egypt. Cruise from Aswan to Luxor, and disembark to see monuments along the East and West Banks of the Nile.

Day 1: Cairo

Arrival to Cairo airport, our representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage will greet you. From the airport you will be transferred by a private A/C car to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.  Overnight: Cairo (No Meals)

Day 2: Pyramids, Saqqara and Memphis tour

After breakfast, it's a time to enjoy our sightseeing journey. Visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx that large statue which is one of the most famous monuments in the whole world (Optional  Camel ride for 20 - 30 minutes). Shawarma Sandwich for your Lunch at your own cost.​​​​​​  Afternoon visit to the step pyramid of Sakkara. then a visit to Memphis, Transfer to the hotel for an Overnight. Overnight: Cairo (B)

Day 3: Cairo - OPTIONAL City tour - Overnight Sleeping train to Aswan

After breakfast, check out FREE TIME IN CAIRO OR YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE A CAIRO CITY TOUR  To visit to the Egyptian Museum where you find the greatest Collections of Egyptian antiquities in the world and the Home of King TUT treasures.Tradtional Egyptian Koshari Lunch meal at your own cost . P.M Visit the historical old Cairo, The hanging church, And Khan El-khalili bazaar and a short wak at Muizz street. Transfer to the train station to catch your sleeping train  to Aswan (12 hours)   - Dinner on board of train  (B, D)

Day 4: Aswan - Philae temple & High Dam – Hotel

Breakfast in the train . arrive Aswan in the morning, transfer to your hotel, check in then visit the High Dam and the temple of Philae. Optional Dinner at the Nubian village made by the local people there  , Overnight at the hotel in Aswan (B)​​

Day 5: (Optional tour to Abu Simbel temples by road) - island felucca trip, Cruise to Komombo

Early breakfast, (Optional trip to visit Abu Simbel temples by road ). transfer to your cruise ship , Lunch on board, View of Elephantine Island by felucca (sailing boat) and view The Agha Khan Mausoleum. Back to Lunch and after noon sail to Kom Ombo. Dinner and overnight in Kom Ombo.  Overnight: Nile Cruise / Komombo (B, L, D)​​

Day 6: Kom Ombo - Edfu - Esna - Luxor

After breakfast, visit the temple shared by two Gods Sobek, the crocodile God of fertility, and Haroeris, the hawk headed god of the Underworld. Back to Lunch. Cruise to Edfu and visit the temple of Horus, the Nile best preserved temple, Sail to Esna. Cross the lock. Sail to Luxor, Dinner and overnight in Luxor.  Overnight: Nile Cruise / Luxor (B, L, D)

Day 7 : Luxor West bank

After breakfast, Optional Hot air Balloon.  we will begin our tour in the enchanted Luxor, considered the greatest open air museum in the world. In the morning visit the West bank - Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Back to the cruise for lunch, and then transfer to the Sound and light show at El Karnak temple back to the cruise for dinner and overnight.  Overnight: Nile Cruise / Luxor (B, L, D)

Day 8: Luxor East bank - Overnight Sleeping train to Cairo

After breakfast, disembark we will cross to the eastern bank of Nile to see the temples of Karnak and Luxor. Luxor temple was built for the worship of god Amon Ra. Karnak temples include several temples and begins with the spectacular avenue of Rams. Then Transfer Luxor train station to catch your sleeping train to Cairo, dinner at the train "9 Hours"  (B, D)​​

Day 9 : Arrival Cairo

Breakfast in the train, Arrival Cairo, Optional Day tour to ALexandria the Mediterranean city and second capital of Egypt Transfer to your hotel, check in and overnight at the hotel in Cairo. (B) ​

Day 10: Departure

After breakfast, Check out Transfer to Cairo airport for flight back home. Thank you for visiting Egypt! (B)​
